I recently stayed at this resort spa, and I must say, it has its charm! The rooms are larger than most doubles I've experienced, but be prepared for some noise if you're near the pool area. The service was hit or miss; some staff were incredibly helpful, offering delicious Sri Lankan breakfasts and even suggesting a BBQ for us, while a few seemed overwhelmed and inexperienced. Overall, it's a decent value, especially given the range of amenities. Just keep in mind that while the atmosphere is inviting, the noise can detract from the overall relaxing experience.
I recently stayed at this resort, and I have to say, it has its ups and downs. The rooms were larger than most doubles I've experienced, which was a pleasant surprise, but they were quite noisy because of the pool area. On the bright side, the staff was generally friendly and incredibly generous, serving both English and Sri Lankan breakfasts, which I really appreciated. Overall, it's a charming spot with some room for improvement.
I had a pleasant stay at the resort, where the rooms were spacious and clean, making for a comfortable experience. The staff went above and beyond, offering a variety of breakfast options and even suggesting a BBQ night. However, noise from the pool area could be a bit disruptive, especially during peak hours. Overall, it provided good value for money, though some aspects could improve for a more peaceful experience.
This resort spa has some positives, like spacious rooms and very helpful staff who offered delicious breakfast options. However, the noise around the pool can be quite disruptive, and the overall service seems a bit lost at times. Yet, for what you get, it's definitely worth the price.
My stay at the resort was a mixed bag. On one hand, I loved the spacious and clean rooms, and the service was quite personal and accommodating. However, the noise level from the pool area was a bit distracting, and the dining options were not as varied as I had hoped. Overall, I felt like I received good value for money considering the amenities available.
